By accessing or using Cupro AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cupro AI provides an AI diagnostic intake tool for plumbing and HVAC services. The diagnostic reports generated by the AI are preliminary recommendations based on user input and media, and must always be verified by a licensed professional technician on-site.

3. Limitation of Liability

Cupro AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on AI-generated diagnostic reports or equipment failures.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
